Terms and Conditions

If you cancel your service within 24 hours then your deposit in nonrefundable. If you cancel your group within 48 hours then your deposit is nonrefundable. If you cancel your party or event within the week of then your deposit in nonrefundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason you may book another service with a different tech  for equal or lesser value of the service provided to you. There are no refunds on services provided. 

We are not liable for any of your personal belongings or your vehicle. 

We are not liable for any or all allergic reactions you may have. 

We are not liable for any accidents you may have within our premises.

We will replace or repair the first nail that breaks or chips but any additional nail  that breaks or chips, you will be charged.

We do not accept walk-ins. No soliciting. Every service is by appointment only.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

We reserve the right to refuse beverage service to anyone.

We reserve the right to ask you to leave if we feel that your attitude or condition would put us at risk.

We do not tolerate any and all racism, homophobia, bullying, abuse, spam, unlawful behavior, hate speech, etc.
